In this pre-sales capacity an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior-level consulting professional has a breadth of knowledge and understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product families. Collaborates with the consulting sales team to design innovative solutions that have industry-wide impact.

Engages with software sales and consulting sales to assist in territory planning, provide consulting qualifications, differentiators, and solution offerings. Act as consulting evangelist who can provide industry and product knowledge to differentiate offering and increase pursuit attachment to software deals. Assess deal qualification and provide recommendations to pursue opportunities.

Requirement & Experience:

  • Support the sales consulting team by providing guidance on solution design and implementation approach on Knowledge Management

  • As a Solution Architect, you specialize in Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud applications within the North America Applications Consulting team

  • Conduct detailed scoping for implementing Oracle ERP Cloud/EPM. Experience in Financial Services Industry; Experience in estimating & Solutions.

  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits

  • Prior experience with implementation is a plus

  • Support the License Sales team with building and presenting request for proposals, Implementation Proposals and Budgetary estimates for customers

  • Writing contracts or SOWs for customers

  • Design, validate and present Oracle software solutions ( ERP Cloud, in Financial vertical) to include advanced product concepts, future direction, integration options and 3rd party products.

  • Build custom reusable solutions that allow additional feature implementations with Oracle Products

  • 12+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Prior team lead or manager experience.

  • Accounting or Business degree or equivalent experience.

Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

(AR,GL,PA) Minimum 6-8+ years of Implementation/Support experience in Oracle Finance Modules. 1 or 2 Implementations experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Modules. Conduct design workshops and functional process workshops in all financial areas. Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality. Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them. Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions. Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts. Support clients with the execution of test scripts. Develop end-user documentation and training materials. Deliver end-user training. Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis. Manage team members in areas of responsibility.
